We sell our products exclusively to individuals 18 years of age or older.

By placing your order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all the information you have provided is accurate.

3. Products and Active Ingredients

All products are intended solely for legal use in the country to which they are shipped. The buyer is responsible for complying with local laws.

    Happy Flower sells and ships products exclusively from the Czech Republic (EU). All products comply with the laws in effect at the time of shipment at the shipping location.

  2. Buyer's Responsibility

    The buyer is solely responsibleto check the legal regulations in their country of residence or delivery before placing an order. This applies in particular to products containing cannabinoids or related active ingredients, as listed above.

  3. Import & Use

    By completing the order, the buyer confirms that the import, possession, resale, and use of the ordered products are permitted in their country. Happy Flower assumes no liability for violations of applicable law in the recipient country.

  4. Customs & Seizure

    If products are seized or destroyed by customs or other authorities in the recipient country, this is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. In such cases, no refund of the purchase price or shipping costs will be provided.

  5. Disclaimer

    Happy Flower assumes no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the purchase, import, possession, or use of the products in countries where these substances are prohibited or restricted.

 

5. Conclusion of the Contract

 

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or ship the goods.

 

6. Prices & Shipping Costs

 

All prices are in euros and include applicable sales tax (where applicable). Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

 

7. Payment

 

Payments are made using the payment methods offered in the store. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

8. Delivery

 

We ship worldwide via DHL or UPS, unless prevented by legal or logistical reasons. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of payment.

 

9. Right of Withdrawal

 

For sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal is broken after delivery.

The laws of the Czech Republic shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Prague.
