Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy – Happy Flower

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)


Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.

2. Return period

 


In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a 14-day return period . The return must be requested within this period.

 

3. Return Policy

 


To return an item, it must:

 

  • be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging

  • must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

5. Shipping costs for returns

 


The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please create the return label yourself.

 

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal / Exclusions from Return

 


The following products are excluded from return ::

 

  • Sealed products whose seals were removed after delivery

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items on sale

  • Gift cards

 

7. Damaged or incorrect items

 


Please inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@happyflower.io so we can find a quick solution.

 

8. Refunds

 

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method

  • The processing time at your bank or payment provider may also vary

 

If, after 15 business days you haven’t received a refund, please contact us again.
