Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or for trial before purchase. These cancellation policies explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment information is stored securely. Each delivery will be billed unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Pre-order
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not currently in stock. We may not charge you at checkout, or we may charge you a partial amount, save your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund.
