It is a German law designed to combat new psychoactive substances (NPS).
What exactly does the law cover?
Depending on the substance category, it prohibits the manufacture, trade, distribution, import, export, or transit, as well as the acquisition, possession, or administration of substances that fall under the substance categories specified in the law.
